We Offer Food That Is Freshly Made. We Do Not Cook Our Meats Ahead of Time. So If You Come in for A Chicken Parmesan, It Is Going To Take A Few Minutes To Prepare. Our Sauces, Salads, Meatballs, Roast Beef, Roast Pork, and Soups Are All Made in House. My Sausage Is From New Jersey. Our Italian Cold Cuts Are Imported From Italy. My Domestic Cold Cuts Are From Boar’s Head. I Use A Local Baker Who Worked Diligently With ME To Find the Right Consistency and Texture for the Bread I Use. All of My Sandwiches Are Created by ME, We Can Alter Any of Them To Our Customers Liking. Our Specials Change Daily, As Do Our Soups. I Take Great Pride in What I Love Doing.
